AEROBICS:
An easy to follow and energetic aerobic work-out with a short floor based section and a mixture of hi/lo impact.
AQUA:
A fun motivating workout in the Spa Pool. Each class will consist of a continuous sequence of exercises, designed to aid weight loss and improve muscle tone, suitable for all level. Please note that aqua must be booked up to six days in advance and has a max capacity of 20 members per class. A charge of £5 will be occurred for any no shows.
ASHTANGA YOGA:
This is a faster paced yoga class helping to build flexibility, stamina, concentration and strength. When doing Ashtanga yoga a person moves quickly through a set of predetermined poses while remaining focused on deep breathing.
BALLROOM BLITZ:
This class takes ballroom dancing into an aerobic environment. It uses fun dance moves to perform a choreographed aerobic/dance class.
B.L.T:
The perfect class for those areas that you want to concentrate on toning, incorporating exercise bands, hand weights and floor work.
BODY ATTACK:
A cardio interval training class that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. This is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in body strength
BODY STEP:
Takes out the complexity of a traditional step class and adds in a lot of fun. This athletic programme will provide strength and tone to your legs and give you a great cardio workout.
BODY COMBAT:
Based on boxing and martial art moves, this class provides an experience that stimulates your mind as well as your body and leaves you feeling invigorated and ready to take on life’s challenges.
BODY PUMP:
High repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. This will tone and condition your body, help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape.
BODY BALANCE:
All round toning fusing yoga, tai chi and pilates based moves. This class is perfect for lengthen and strengthening muscles and improving core stability to give an all over body workout.
BODY VIVE:
An aerobic class that uses a soft lightweight ball and resistance tubes to provide a full body conditioning class, suitable for all levels.
BOXING BLAST:
An enjoyable fun class using a variety of boxing exercises. It is aimed at those who wish to improve their stamina, muscle tone and strength.
CIRCUITS:
Aimed at those who wish to improve their stamina, muscle tone and strength. An enjoyable fun class using a variety of equipment in a fast paced work out. Circuit classes are ideal for those training for skiing holidays.
FLOW YOGA:
This class focuses on breath and movement flow. Moving through a series of stretches and postures to allow the body to open gently without pushing. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The body will gain flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
F.S.T:
Functional Strength Training (FST) – Designed to give you a workout with a purpose. Delivering an all-body functional training session aimed at all abilities. This fun and motivating workout will utilise a variety of functional training equipment including TRX, Kettlebells and Core Bags. An ideal workout for those looking for something new, specific and exciting which works on muscle tone, core strength and cardiovascular fitness.
STEP:
A Step work-out aimed at those familiar with step and looking to work hard but have a fun class.
STEP & TONE:
A basic step based class to promote muscle tone and shape. This is also an extremely effective workout.
STEP-BUMS-TUMS:
An easy to follow fun and effective workout using step and floor exercises. It will target, tighten and tone, legs, bums and tums.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:
A combination of aerobics and conditioning work. This class gives a chance to change the shape & tone of your body by using light hand weights and resistance bands.
TAI CHI FIT:
Is about generating and feeling energy through movement. You will learn a gentle yet powerful dance-like sequence. Daily practice will increase your sense of well being and help you to deal with the stresses of life. This is a specialized seasonal class, that only runs during school term time.
XPRESS FITNESS:
The circuit zone plays host to 11 stations of resistance kit for the complete top to toe workout. Easy to use machines make this class fun as much as hard work! With the addition of a boxing circuit in this area you are sure to enjoy this blast of exercise.
XPRESS AB ATTACK:
The class is formatted the same as an xpress fitness circuit class but with more focus and target on the abdominal area.
X-BIKE:
A cardiovascular bike class simulating an off road biking experience. This is a motivating workout that is a truly invigorating class. Max capacity of 35.
YOGA:
This is a class consisting of stretching, relaxation and mind control, very effective and enjoyable class.
YOUNG AT HEART:
A class aimed at movement, mobilisation and flexibility. Incorporating aerobic moves and body conditioning, this class is ideal for more senior members who enjoy a challenge.
ZUMBA:
Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness programme that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits whilst experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing and awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
ZUMBA CIRCUIT:
Traditional Zumba routines combined with a Bums, Legs & Tums based circuit.
