New Pulse 8 Seminars! Following the success of the previous seminar series, Pulse 8 have decided to launch a new range of educational seminars focusing on different topic areas which will help build your understanding on issues that have not been previously covered.

Weekly Breakdown of Topics!

Topic 1: Motivation and Goal Setting (1st and 2nd November)
Topic 2: Improving the 5 Components of Fitness (8th and 9th November)
Topic 3: Reducing your Body Fat Percentage (15th and 16th November)
Topic 4: Prevention of Common Fitness Injuries (22nd and 23rd November)
Topic 5: Nutrition - Pre, Post and During (29th and 30th November)
Topic 6: Exercise and the Treatment of Physical and Psychological Conditions (6th and 7th December)
Topic 7: The Importance of Good Hydration (13th and 14th December)
Topic 8: Exercise and Diet Myths (20th and 21st December)

When? Tuesdays at 9am and Wednesdays at 7pm (Except for weeks 2, 4 and 5 – Wednesdays at 6pm)

Where? Group Induction Area near the Gym Desk

They are FREE to join; all you need to do is book your place aat Reception and then turn up!
